Water

Water is one of the main utilities that a lot will need in order to grow. It can be supplied by a pumping station (for example the water tower) and transported by using the water pipes. If there is no water supplied to a building, it will display the water zot. Because dirty industries can pollute the water, which eventually stops the pumping station from functioning, you have to build a water treatment plant.
