[[[User:Naomi57|Naomi57]] (talk) 05:46, 12 February 2020 (PST)] "Maximum Throughput 1,000 Sims" sounds like it's from Maxis SimCity 4 Rush Hour vanilla. One of my NAM 36 Car & Passenger Ferry Terminals is currently handling Actual Usage of 4143 sims a day, and it's bright green in the Traffic Congestion view. Back before I installed the NAM, my Car Ferry terminals were often red in Traffic Congestion view!
