ILive is the creator of Reader, which is one of the (if not THE) most important tools for modding SimCity 4 ever created. It has been critical to the creation of many of the LOTs, BATs and MODs that currently exist.
ILive has also created various other tools, such as the LE Prop and UIeditor.
