Smarty218 is a mapper for the No Name Maps team. He was a former freelance mapper and member of the self created Smart Maps but retired and moved on. He is a lifetime resident of upstate New York. In addition to mapping, he is a frequenter to Simtropolis, SC4Devotion, and SimPeg among others. Smarty218 is also the creator of the City Journal New Corsica on Simtropolis and formerly on SC4Devotion, as well as the mapping journal, Perceptions, which is currently in hiatus on Simtropolis.
