ToutSimCities (often abbreviated as TSC) is a large French-language SimCity fansite. The site is divided into the Forums and the Exchange (Télécharger), and is possibly the largest online French-language SimCity community. The site is administered by laurent, who started the site in December of 2002. The site is home to almost 10 000 members, and is very active.
