ToutSimCity (often abbreviated as TSC) is a large French-language SimCity fansite. The site is divided into the Forums and the Exchange (Télécharger), and is possibly the largest online French-language SimCity community. The site is administered by laurent, who started the site in December of 2002. The site is home to almost 10 000 members, and is very active.
Equipe BAT TSC
The Equipe BAT TSC (also known as the TSC Team on English sites) is a BAT team that represents the site, hence the name. The team was administrated by Cataclaw, who is now missing in action (MIA). The position of team leader was handed over to Fukuda (known as Potsdam on ToutSimcity), and is now occupied by Orange (Orange_o_ on SC4D). The team has produced several BATs and lots, mostly available on the TSC Exchange and the STEX.
