The Simtropolis Exchange (STEX for short) is a open custom content exchange on Simtropolis.
The exchange is open to all talents and generally is very friendly. The uploader has a choice to add to over 1000 pages of custom content! You may upload a map, prop, custom building, modification to the game, or a tool they have compiled to better enhance the playability of SimCity 4, and more.
Rating System
The rating system enables users to give a rating on their favorite uploads. You can receive as an uploader up to ten "stars" with the rating system.
