Wouanagaine is an experienced French member, who has been around since June 2006. He is a [[NHP]]-member. He mainly contributes to the community via the programming of various tools that make SimCity 4 easier. Perhaps the most notable of these is the SC4 Terraformer, which is a tool that allows one to create and terraform a region in its entirety and all at once.
