SC4PIM, also known as PIM-X or the X-Tool is a tool, created by wouanagaine, that can be used as a replacement for the Maxis Plugin Manager and Lot Editor among some other applications. It has taken a long time to develop, but was eventually released on November 6, 2009, 3 days after the PIM-X User Guide was released by BarbyW.
