The BSC Texture Index is an attempt to organize the IID Numbers of all overlay- and base textures into a single file, and also to avoid duplicate-usage of an IID Number, this would cause conflicts. Everyone who needs a texture index, can ask for one at either the Simtropolis or SC4D version of the thread. However, the amount of possible IIDs is limited, so do not reserve one if you know you will not be using it.
