Are you also annoyed by those 1x1 lots with only small lowrise buildings on it, especially if they are surrounded with highrises? The pencil tower will solve this problem! Pencil towers are extremely small highrise buildings. Although they can have more than 40 floors they are build on plot sizes with the same size of a normal house. Pencil towers can be found in many eastern countries, but most of them can be found in Hong Kong. Because of the high ground value, the massive demand and the little amount of available land these towers are very popular by project developers.
Named after our Japanese canal master MAS71, the MAS Tower is a 22 story high building. It has 300 R$$ residents and grows on a 1x1 plot. The building is designed to be slope friendly for soft, medium and even steep slopes (5 meter per tile). Although 300 residence seems like a small amount they can add some serious density to your residential neighbourhoods. More stats are, like always, available in the Readme
