RCI Zones (Residential-Commercial-Industrial Zones) are what the mayor uses to develop his/her city. Using RCI zones he/she allocates that development of a certain zone type buildings can be constructed there. It can be divided up into their density. The higher the density, the more costly the tiles are to zone. They need to be powered and have direct road connections in order to develop. Water is optional, but is needed for wealthier, denser buildings to develop. It is also good to have government services and parks near zones to increase their YIMBY, land value and desirability.
