People:Qurlix

qurlix is an inactive American member, formerly involved with NAM Team before his public resignation in 2007, as well as BLaM. He is perhaps best known for co-founding the Rural Highway Mod project in 2005 with nooneatall, having done all the modding for the Version 12 release in November 2005. He also released the well-known Street Cul-De-Sac mod. He planned a couple of other versions for the RHW, Version 15 and 17, but neither were ever finished. qurlix was also working on a pathing tool, XPath, which also was never released.
