General Properties

Meta

• type: The type of plugin it is. (Deprecated)
• img: An image depicting the Building or, if one is not readily available, a Lot with the building on it. If no picture is available, use:

  [[Image:Wiki_no_image.png|150px]]

  .
• dl: The {{download}} templates or a Download Link for this building, if there is one.
• credits: Required for the Author property to be shown.
• author: The user or company that created this particular instance of this Building for SimCity 4.
• support: Support thread for this building. If there isn't one, leave it blank.
• depend: Any and all dependencies for this lot, or a link to the LEX Dependency Tracker page for this lot. The latter is much preferred. Of course, if there are no dependencies, omit this.
• useby: Plugins dependent on this lot.
• language: The languages the plugin supports (default english).
• size: The size (or Sizes if there is more than one) of the lot this building is used on. Takes the format: A tiles Wide x B tiles Deep (Consistent with PIMx). Older articles may be of the format B x A.
• tag1, tag2, tag3, tag4: tags for what this thing is. (Deprecated, use direct Categories instead)

Game Properties

• menu: The menu the lot resides in.
• jobs: The number of jobs the lot supplies (can be formatted with $'s if the lot supplies multiple wealth jobs, however use of § [Alt + 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6] is preferred).
• plop-cost: The number of Simoleons (without the § sign as that is already there) the building costs to build.
• bulldoze-cost: The number of Simoleons (without the § sign as that is already there) the building costs to demolish.
• fire: The maximum fire stage, if the lot reaches this stage in a fire it will be destroyed.
• flammability: The flammability rating of a building (I.E, it's likelihood to catch fire).

Consumption

• power: The amount of electrical power consumed by the lot, in MWh/month. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Power Consumed.
• water: The amount of water consumed by the lot, in m³/month.Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Water Consumed.

Pollution

• air-mag: The magnitude of Air Pollution over air-spr tiles.
• water-mag: The magnitude of Water Pollution over water-spr tiles.
• garbage-mag: The magnitude of Garbage Pollution over garbage-spr tiles.
• radiation-mag: The magnitude of Radiation over radiation-spr tiles when the lot explodes.

All -mag type properties are contained in the PIMx Property Pollution at Center.

All -spr type properties are contained in the PIMx Property Pollution Radii.

Transport Building Properties

• tswitch-cap: The capacity of a Transit Switch. Not the Maximum capacity, as we know this is much higher.
• tswitch-types: The types of vehicle served by this transit switch.

Utility Building Properties

Power Facilities

• power-produced: The amount of electrical power created by the lot, in MWh/month. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Power Generated.

Water Facilities

• water-produced: The amount of water created by the lot, in m³/month. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Water Generated.

Sanitation Facilities

• garbage-consumed: The amount of garbage consumed by the lot, in tons/month.
• recycle-percent: The percentage of garbage consumed from recycle-pop citizens.

Civic Building Properties

Parks and Landmarks

• park-mag: The magnitude of Park Effect over park-spr tiles.
• landmark-mag: The magnitude of Landmark Effect over landmark-spr tiles.
• mayor-mag: The magnitude of Mayor Rating adjustment over mayor-spr tiles.

Police

• police-mag: The magnitude of Police Protection over police-spr tiles.
• police-capacity: The number of cells on a lot (Used primarily with Police lots).
• police-cars: The number of dispatchable Police Cars on a lot (Used primarily with Police lots).
• police-helicopters: The number of dispatchable Police Helicopters on a lot (Used primarily with Police lots).

Healthcare

• hcoverage-age: Coverage effectiveness over Ages. (All Maxis lots use 0.0, 8.0, 100.0, 8.0)
• hcoverage-pattern: The coverage pattern over hcoverage-spr tiles.

Fire Department

• fcoverage-spr: The coverage radius of a Fire Station, in tiles. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Fire Station, Radius.
• fcoverage-trucks: The number of dispatchable Fire Engines. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Fire Station, Total Dispatches.
• fcoverage-planes: The number of dispatchable Fire Planes. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Fire Station, Total Plane Dispatches.
