SimCity 4 (SC4) is the game released in 2003 by Electronic Arts. It was developed by Maxis. It's the best selling game in the Simcity series.
An expansion pack, called Rush Hour was released on September 22, 2003 and is the only expansion pack for SC4 to date.
The Deluxe Edition contains both Simcity 4 and Rush Hour.
