Bio
Simmaster is the head webmaster of the SimCity Remodeling Team (link) and is a co-team leader/director. Simmaster helps with lotting for the SCRT, and also specializes in PHP, MySQL and HTML.
He currently is more active at the SCRT than he is any other fansite, so you probably have a better chance of contacting him there, though he does lurk the Simtropolis forums.
