The Simtropolis Exchange (STEX for short) is a open custom content exchange on Simtropolis.
The exchange is open to all talents and generally is very friendly. The uploader has a choice to upload a map, prop, custom building, modification to the game, or a tool they have compiled to better enhance the playability of SimCity 4.
