RCI stands for residential, commercial, and industrial, the main building and zone types in SC4.  RCI is the graph that is seen in the game menu, depicting the demand for each type in a particular city at the present time.  The RCI graph can be further expanded when clicked on to view the actual amount of demand, and the wealth/type of the RCI.

Residential Commercial and Industrial stuff

RCI stands for residential, commercial, and industrial, the main building and zone types in SC4.
