Description
A tool by wouanagaine, which can be used as a replacement for the Maxis Plug-In Manager, Lot Editor and some other applications. It basically can be used instead of almost every tool for SimCity 4, which was ever seen under the sun. There is little other information about the X-tool, as its true capabilities have been kept confidential.
Development
Development has been long, and currently the only copies of the X-tool are in the hands of wouanagaine and his alpha-testers.
