The Park Effect is an effect emitted by lots that increases nearby Residential desirability. Placing a lot that emits the Park Effect (such as a Park) will usually result in higher wealth and density Residential development nearby.
When defining the Park Effect for a lot, one specifies the radius over which the effect acts, and the intensity of the effect.
The Park Effect is similar to the Landmark Effect, which acts on Commercial properties.
