YIMBY

YIMBY stands for "Yes In My Back Yard", and refers to things that Sims want to live near. These are items that increase residential desirability, including everything from open space to parks to schools and everything in between. YIMBY can also be used to describe anything that increases desirability to a certain type of development, so long as it is seen from the point of view of that type of development. For example, there can be commercial YIMBY's and industrial YIMBY's as well as residential. However, what one type of development may consider a YIMBY, another may consider a NIMBY. YIMBY is the opposite of NIMBY.
