SimVision is a fansite run by BarbulaM1, opened on April 29, 2004. In addition to a forum, it has an exchange, the SVEX, and a Simcyclopedia section. The SVEX is an open exchange, like the STEX at Simtropolis, and contains files for games other than SC4.
In October 2008, it merged with The Planning Pages. The TPP URL now redirects to SimVision.
