Plunderer is a Taiwanese member, active at SC4D. He created a Draggable Rail Cateneries mod, announcing his creation on the 17 November 2008. Everything he needed to learn to create the mod was learnt from SC4D, without any help. His achievement earned him a place in the NAM associates.
