Spa typically BATs small and medium sized buildings located in lively urban settings. This means that most of his buildings are commercial buildings, but he has done a few residental buildings too. Two things that he will never BAT are skyscrapers and sprawl-type developments. He bases his BATs on real life buildings. All the real buildings that he has been batting are from Canadian cities, specifically, Calgary, Toronto and Halifax.
