- 1st - 22nd NAM release, coinciding with the release SAM Version 2 and RHW Version 2.0, including the long-awaited Modular Interchange System.

- 19th - ITC Team started by Yoshi, Travis and CasperVg.
- 24th - 23rd NAM release and its fourth anniversary, coindiciding with the release of SAM Version 3, and HSRP Version 2.

- 17th - The LEX DVD starts shipping.

- 3rd - BLaM Team officially disbands.
- 12th - Daeley releases Path Creator Version 1.5, adding some extremely useful functions.
- 20th - The Three Rivers Region hits 6000 replies, 300 pages and has it's second birthday at SC4D.
- 25th - ITC officially renames from Ian (Yoshi) Travis Casper (CasperVg) to International Team of Creators.
