The BSC Lot Exchange(LEX) is the name of the exchange at SC4Devotion.

Not all the uploads are Lots, and they aren't all by the BSC. Registration is separate from the forums and the this wiki. Before you upload to the LEX, the upload must go through a candidacy process.
