This template should be used for ALL new articles about growable lots.

Please use the § (Hold Alt then type 21 on the numpad) for wealth levels and anything involving in-game currency.

• type: The type of plugin it is.
• img: An image or logo.
• dl: The {{download}} templates for this plugin.
• author: The LOT's creator.
• type - The type of zone and default wealth this LOT grows as (R§, CS§§, I-R, I-HT, CO§§§)
• style - The Tileset the lot grows under
• stage - The Growth Stage of the lot.
• wealth - The default wealth level
• density - The densities that this LOT will grow on (eg. LD-R, MD-R; A-I; MD-I, HD-I)
• civilJobs - The maximum number of Sims for CIVIL jobs (as Civil jobs are wealthless). Note, these can exist on any kind of LOT.
• occupants$ - Number of Low-Wealth employees/residents in a LOT (If a dilapidated §§§ or §§ lot, use normalNumber/dilapidatedNumber(Dilapidated)
• occupants$$ - Number of Medium-Wealth employees/residents in a LOT (If a dilapidated §§§ lot, use normalNumber/dilapidatedNumber(Dilapidated)
• occupants$$$ - Number of High-Wealth employees/residents in a LOT
• bulldoze-cost - The number of Simoleons (without the § sign as that is already there) the building costs to demolish.
• construction-time - The time it takes for the lot to be constructed
• flammability - The flammability statistic set out in the building exemplar
• fire - The maximum fire stage, if the lot reaches this stage in a fire it will be destroyed.
• power - The amount of electrical power consumed by the lot, in MWh/month.
• water - The amount of water consumed by the lot, in Gallons/month.
• air-mag - The magnitued of Air Pollution over air-spr tiles.
• water-mag - The magnitude of Water Pollution over water-spr tiles.
• garbage-mag - The magnitude of Garbage Pollution over garbage-spr tiles.
• depend - Any dependencies that are needed for this lot to work.
• support Link to support thread (non-Maxis only).
• depend Any dependencies for the LOT.
• useby Any plugins that this is a dependency of.
• language The languages the plugin supports (default english).
• size ([a]x[b]) - Lot size a tiles long by b tiles wide.
• tag1, tag2, tag3, tag4 Various search tags.
