City View

City View is where most of the gameplay happens. City View shows only one city, and is entered after you select a city to play in Region View. The God Mode, Mayor Mode, and My Sim Mode toolbars, and the Options Panel are all available in City View. City View is where you do all terraforming and developing of a city.
