Template:Transcluded SimGlide 3D Models (S3D), are the models contained in DBPFs. These models are used for almost all 3D objects in the game, including buildings, props, some Transport Networks, and bridges. An explanation on their format can be found here.

Network models are almost always True3D, meaning that they are not boxes with a texture applied to give the effect of 3D. Whereas most standard buildings and props are.
