Business Deals consist of 6 lots, that can be found in the Rewards Menu, if you have met certain conditions. Each of these deals provides you a monthly amount of money, but in return it decreases the desirability of the surrounding area. Placing the building initiates the deal, and if you no longer need the business, you can demolish the building, which automatically cancels the business deal. Each business deal also gives you a few new UDI-vehicles.
