Haljackey is a Canadian member who has been active since December 2005, and keeps a popular City Journal/Mayor's Diary called Greater Terran Region. He is also a associate member of the NAM Team, and his particularly well known for his series of tutorials involving the Rural Highway Mod, which introduced the popular Multi-RHW concept.
Haljackey is currently active on both Simtropolis and SC4 Devotion.
