CasperVg is a Belgian member who is active on SC4D since August 2007. He is currently a NAM Associate and released a number of lots. He used to author a MD, Casper's Portfolio, that rose to the "rank" of Classics, most notable for its huge monthly post counts and the large amount of "spoiler" updates. He is currently in charge of the Where can I find this? board at SimCity 4 Devotion.
Casper was invited to join BSC in December 2009.
