The BATT Squad Certification, better known as BSC, is a loose affliation of SimCity 4 Custom Content creators who strive to provide content that is a game asset. It was formed from the BATT Squad team at Simtropolis and many of its members later moved development to SC4 Devotion. It is arguably one of the largest and most prolific content teams in the community.
History
The BSC has aquired its own Board at Simtropolis on the May 4, 2004, and it has has since then moved on to SimCity 4 Devotion, where most of its team member develop their custom content, and afterwards upload it to the LEX.
Nowadays, the BSC Team also leads the Texture Index and Prop Family Index, and have released various big and smaller projects; for example the Colossus Addon Mod and the BSC Functional Seaports.

- GrampaAl is the founder of the MOD/BATT Squad
- BarbyW is known for her lotting projects, and her modding abilities.
- Dedgren is most notable for his work on the Three Rivers Region.
