The BATT Squad Certification, better known as BSC, is a loose affliation of SimCity 4 Custom Content creators who strive to provide content that is a game asset. It was formed from the BATT Squad team Simtropolis and has since acquired it's own development site at SC4 Devotion.
History
The BSC has aquired it's own Board at Simtropolis on the 4th of May 2004, and has since then moved on to SimCity 4 Devotion, where most of it's team member develop their custom content, and afterwards upload it to the LEX.
Nowadays, the BSC Team also leads the Texture Index and Prop Family Index, and have released various big and smaller projects; for example the Colossus Addon Mod and the BSC Functional Seaports.
Memorable Members
- RippleJet is known for his work on the Colossus Addon Mod and the BSC Functional Seaports.
- GrampaAl is the founder of the MOD/BATT Squad
- BarbyW is known for her lotting projects, and her modding abilities.
- Dedgren is most notable for his work on the Three Rivers Region.
- SimGoober has made various BATs, and also owns 13% of all STEX downloads.
- Pegasus has made various projects, but, after some dissagreements, left the team and created SimPeg.
- Colyn was formerly known as Vlakhaas, and has released various lots and BATs.
- Jestarr is most known for his industrials BATs.
- JMyers2043 has done a lot of work on farms.
- Callagrafx
- jeronij has BATted mostly seawalls, but is most known for being the webmaster of SC4D.
- c.p. has released a lot of heavily-used treeprops, tree controllers and terrain mods. He is also famous for his 19th Century Housing
