Brick 2 Story is a Medium-Wealth Residential Building with three Identical Variants that grow on All Residential zones.
It is designed to compete with 2 Story House (Large Variants), Cape Cod House (Large Variants) and, if the Rush Hour Expansion Pack is installed, Mashire Quarters, Hendawi Place and Cheez Cottage
Variant Differences
Variant 2 is a flipped version of Variant 1.
Variant 3 is exactly the same as Variant 1, except a different brick texture was used and the Chimney was moved.
All three variants have exactly the same properties and grow on the same lots.
