The Brick House is a Medium-Wealth Residential Building with three statistically Identical[1][2] Variants that grow on All Residential zones. The third variant is Sheeza Brick House.
Both Variants are designed to compete with 2 Story House, Bungalow, Sheeza Brick House and, if the Rush Hour Expansion Pack is installed, Dubois Garden Cottage, Avery Abode and Handy House.
Variant Differences
Variant 2 merely had different textures hen rendered. Variant 3 (Sheeza Brick House) has a flipped model and different textures.
