The Khoury Art Foundation Building is a High-Wealth Commercial Offices Building that grows on High-Density Commercial zones[1], added in SimCity 4's Rush Hour Expansion Pack.
It is designed to compete with Reamon Plaza from the Chicago Tileset, Trottier Trading from the Houston Tileset and Cameron Cameras from the New York Tileset.
Reference Buildings
The Khoury Art Foundation Building is clearly based on Frankfurt's Westendstrasse 1, however the semi-cylindrical tower and elevator core are much smaller, the base of the building is significantly different and the building overall is shorter.
