smoncrie is a Canadian member, best known for his involvement in the NAM Team and his Hole-Digging Lots, which allow for precise raising and lowering of terrain.
He was elected as leader of the NAM Team in 2005 after Tropod went into semi-retirement, but went on extended hiatus shortly thereafter. He returned to the community in 2008, contributing a number of long sought-after new features to the NAM, such as Double Height Monorail and Elevated Light Rail. He also collaborated with Tarkus on RHW Release 3, contributing several RHW bridges.
