The TSC Exchange, part of the ToutSimCity Fansite, is the main upload base for creations made by the TSC Team. Uploading is free, but uploads are moderated before becoming available to the public for download. The exchange allows for the uploading of BATs, LOTs, MODs and MAPs, and is only available in French.
