The TSC Exchange, part of the ToutSimCity Fansite, is the main upload base for creation made by the TSC Team. Uploading is free, but it is controlled by a moderator before availability to the visitors. The exchange allows for the uploading of BATs, LOTs, MODs and MAPs, and is only availible in French.
