Version 20 of the Rural Highway Mod introduces the long-awaited Modular Interchange System (MIS), which allows for the construction of interchanges using the RHW.  The RHW-6S network was also introduced in an Orthogonal-only form.  A number of new Overpass Puzzle Pieces are also included, along with a series of Wide Radius Curves for the RHW-4, and a series of transition pieces.  rickmastfan67's earlier Texture Update Mod, along with his RHW-2 textures, wer integrated into the main RHW package for Version 20, supplemented with additional textures by Tarkus and alidonkey.  Shadow Assassin's RHW Euro Texture Replacement Mod is available separately.
