The BSC Lot Exchange, most commonly called the LEX, is the name of the exchange at SC4Devotion. The exchange is not dedicated to the BSC Team, but its members are among the main contributors. Registration to download from the LEX is separate from registration for the forums and the SC4 Encyclopaedia. Before you are able to upload to the LEX, the uploader must go through a candidacy process, known as "scrutineering", and if you have passed this test for a number of times, you will be granted uploading rights.
