The SC or SC4 Community is a fairly new SimCity 4 Fansite, that has been started by darraghf (rainyday) and deathtime38. It is currently still under development, but it has been opened already. So far, plans are to also include an exchange and also something completely new, namely the SC4 Community Magazine, but no further information has been given about this.
