Reamon Plaza is a High-Wealth Commercial Offices Building that grows on High-Density Commercial zones[1] in SimCity 4.
It is designed to compete with Trottier Trading from the Houston Tileset, Cameron Cameras from the New York Tileset and (Provided Rush Hour is installed) the Khoury Art Foundation Building from the Euro Tileset..
Reference Buildings
Reamon Plaza may be based upon the Mills Building in Manhattan, New York City, completed in 1882.
Reamon Plaza's two lower floors and entrance are very similar to those of the Mills Building, however the rest of the building is dissimilar. The Upper floors, of which there are more in the recreation, may use the same overall structure stripped of ornamentation.
The Mills Building was demolished in 1926 to allow construction of 15 Broad Street.
