The Steel Shed is a Dirty Industrial Outbuilding that grows all densities of Industrial Zones[1].
Outbuildings are grown by SimCity 4's Industrial Zones attached to an Anchor Lot, designed to fill out the entire zone. Outbuildings are grown last and are designed to fill the spaces between Anchor Lots and Machinery lots.
Colossus Addon Mod
When the Colossus Addon Mod is installed, the number of jobs is decreased to 15 and the stage of the 1x1 lot is increased to Stage 4.
