Wren Insurance is a High-Wealth Commercial Office Building that grows on High Density Commercial zones.
Colossus Addon Mod
When the Colossus Addon Mod is installed, The stage of the 2x3 and 3x2 lots is increased to 9.
Reference Buildings
Wren Insurance appears to be based on San Francisco's Shell Building, built in 1929 and occupied by the Shell Oil Company until the 1960s.
Bugs
This building's statistics are incorrect, making this building not compete with other buildings of its size correctly. This results in 'Wrenageddon', where Wren Insurance takes over a substantial amount of High-Density Commercial zoning.
Iamrobk made a mod called Go Away Wren! which is designed to reduce the repetition of Wren Insurance in your city's skyline by making it more equal to other buildings of a similar size. However, even with the mod installed, Wren Insurance still continues to grow on commercial zones, but at a reduced rate.
