This building's statistics are incorrect, making this building not compete with other buildings of its size correctly. This results in 'Wrenageddon', where Wren Insurance takes over a substantial amount of High-Density Commercial zoning.
Iamrobk made a mod called Go Away Wren! which is designed to reduce the repetition of Wren Insurance in your city's skyline by making it more equal to other buildings of a similar size. However, even with the mod installed, Wren Insurance still continues to grow on commercial zones, but at a reduced rate.
