The 63 Building is a downloadable Landmark Building for SimCity 4 Rush Hour/Deluxe, released as the Plugin Pack 00A free Downloadable Content.
It provides no services aside from a Landmark Effect and Mayor Rating boost.
It is a recreation of 63 Building (Now named 63 City) in Yeouido, Seoul, South Korea, completed in 1985.
Trivia
Unlike all of the other recreation landmarks in SimCity 4, 63 Building appears to have been made with the BAT because of how its renders are made (Nightlights are completely separate and FSH files have built-in Alpha maps). The only other two known Maxis buildings made with the BAT are the Temple of Gruntz and Stone House.
