The Medium Flower Garden is a Civic Building that provides Beautification and Recreation for your Sims.

Parks provide a Park Effect over a fixed radius, in addition to usually cleaning up air and water pollution and increasing CAPs.

Flower Gardens are similar to their equivalent Park Greens, however they are aimed more at residential areas with lowered Landmark Effect strength and raised Park Effect strength. They are considered the opposite of their equivalent Plaza.
