Bank of America is a Landmark Building in SimCity 4.
It provides no services aside from a Landmark Effect and Mayor Rating boost.
It is a recreation of 555 California Street in San Francisco, California, United States of America, completed in 1969.
The names do not match as the building was renamed from Bank of America Center to 555 California Street when it was purchased by a private enterprise in 2005, two years after SimCity 4 was released.
Trivia
It was quite possibly included as a jab at Transamerica for threatening legal action over SimCity 3000's free downloadable version of Transamerica Tower.
